Turnaround Time 

Every Bar & Blue bikini is made to order. Turnaround time for orders is up to 1 week before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

At Bar & Blue Swim, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly ask that all customers read this policy carefully before completing their purchase.

Getting the Right Fit — Please Read Before You Buy

We understand that fit is everything when it comes to swimwear. To ensure you order with confidence, we strongly encourage all customers to:

1. Consult our Size Guide before placing your order. Our size chart includes detailed measurements for bust, waist, and hip to help you find your ideal fit.

2. Read the product description — each product listing includes fit notes, fabric stretch information, and model measurements.

3. When in between sizes, size up. Our swimwear is designed to fit true to size.

4. Reach out before you order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, contact us at info@barandblueswim.com, and our team will be happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great pride in the quality of every handmade piece, if you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barandblueswim.com with:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the damage or defect

- A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a store credit or replacement for verified manufacturing defects only. This does not apply to damage caused by improper use, washing, or wear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bar & Blue Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local postal carrier or shipping provider to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@barandblueswim.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as your order will have entered the handmaking process.
